To Evaluate a Bill of
Quantity

Start the
Output
Manager.

Select the Conceptual_BOQ option from the Conceptual Design node.

Click the Select Resources button to display the
Collaboration
Manager.

Right-click and Select all.

Next, right-click and select Request Lock.

Click OK.

Click Preview to display a preview of the report.

You can export the report to an MS-EXCEL format using one of the
following methods:
- Select the File >
Export from the Preview window
- From the Output
Manager, select the report type and select the Export option (Click the arrow
button on the Preview button.)

Determine the location and file name.

The output is created in Microsoft Excel.
